Your first conversation will be with our People Team. We'll introduce Building Radar, discuss your background, motivation, and career goals, and answer any initial questions you may have.
Hiring Manager Interview
In this conversation, you'll meet the hiring manager or a member of the department. We'll dive deeper into the role, your experience, and how your skills could contribute to the team's success.
Case Study & Presentation
This stage gives you a realistic insight into the role. You'll work on a practical case related to the position and present your approach during an on-site meeting. It's an opportunity for us to understand how you think, communicate, and solve challenges.
Founder Interview
In the final step, you'll meet one of our founders, Leo or Paul. We'll discuss our vision, company goals, and how you could make an impact at Building Radar. It's also your chance to ask any remaining questions before making a decision together.
